Q. WHAT IS 'A RARE DAY'?

A. A Rare Day is a celebration and conversation about female empowerment & entrepreneurship — in digital media, fashion, beauty and beyond.

We bring together YouTube superstars and content creators, industry leaders and professionals, creative upstarts and pioneering female entrepreneurs and creatives to share insight and advice with the next generation of creative upstarts and bosses. Attendees connect with with like-minded peers, gain insider knowledge and career tips, and find new tools — to pursue their passions, spark collaboration and expand current opportunities.

Proceeds from ticket sales will go towards The Be Rare Foundation

Q. WILL I BE ABLE TO MEET ANY OF THE SPEAKERS?

A. At the end of the day, there will be a social hour and Shop Party—some speakers will be hanging around and looking forward to meeting attendees. However, this is entirely up to each speaker's personal schedule.

Q. WHAT IS THE BE RARE FOUNDATION AND HOW CAN I APPLY?

A. The Be Rare Foundation is dedicated to empowering the next generation of female entrepreneurs and creatives who share in our purpose of moving females forward. To do so, the foundation provides grants to aspiring female bosses pursuing mission-oriented projects across industries—fashion, beauty, design, tech, media, entertainment and the arts.  

In 2018, our debut grant awarded $10,000 in project funding.

Q. WHO CAN ATTEND 'A RARE DAY'? IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

A. A Rare Day is a ticketed event, and all ages are welcome!

 

 

Q. WILL FOOD & DRINKS BE PROVIDED?

A. Complimentary light snacks and water will be available throughout the day. Food will also be available for purchase. 

Q. WHEN & WHERE IS THE EVENT?

A. This event will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2019 from 11AM to 5PM at Hubble Studio in Los Angeles. Doors open for check-in at 10:30PM.

Q. HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

A. Tickets will go on sale Monday, 2/11/19.

Q. WHAT COMES WITH EACH TICKET?

A.  Not only will you get access to an inspiring, informative, and action-packed event—with photo moments, an exclusive shop party, and the opportunity to meet our speakers and panelists… You will also walk away with a gift bag, curated with the help of our amazing sponsors!  

Q. I bought my tickets, what else should i bring with me for admission to the event?

A.  We will be checking your ticket and ID at the door. Please “bring” your tickets (digitally or printed) along with a government issued ID with you.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

A. We encourage every attendee to come as their best selves, and to express themselves freely. 

Q. I BOUGHT MY TICKETS, AND I CAN'T MAKE IT. CAN I GET A REFUND?

A. We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges.
